Brazilian man Rafael Zugno Bridi walked on a rope tied between two hot air balloons midair at an altitude of 6,326 feet. The slackline enthusiast completed the highest rope walk and got his name registered in the Guinness World Records. A video featuring Rafael doing the task was posted by GWR’s official Instagram handle and has gone viral online. In the now-viral video, Rafael can be seen walking barefoot on a 25 cm long slackline tied between two hot air balloons separated by 18 metres or 59 feet. He managed to achieve the record above Praia Grande in Santa Catarina, Brazil. According to GWR, Bridi crossed the slackline, passing through the clouds at an altitude that took him to twice the height of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.
